We're looking for talented Business Analysts to join our growing community, with opportunities across Digital in teams such as Working Age Services, Digital Channels, Comms and Collaboration, and Cross Boundary teams. These roles are all about shaping technical change, delivering real value, and helping improve outcomes for our users. As a Business Analyst, you will work across the full product lifecycle, combining business needs with technical solutions to deliver value. This involves using Agile methods and industry-standard tools to produce clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring shared understanding between technical and business stakeholders, and support the Product Manager in shaping and prioritising work. The role includes analysing and improving business processes, gathering insights through workshops and research, and turning user needs into solutions.
