We are working with a well-established and highly successful national electrical wholesale business with a strong presence across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic branch team in Oxford.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the branch’s growth by building strong relationships with customers, generating sales, and delivering excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries (phone, email, and trade counter support)
* Producing accurate quotations and following up to secure orders
* Developing relationships with electricians, contractors, and local businesses
* Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and upselling products
* Working closely with external sales and branch management to hit targets
* Maintaining product knowledge across a wide electrical range
