Design & Planning Coordinator
to support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable developments that create great places to live. In this role you'll work closely with the Design & Planning Manager, you'll help shape and review designs, coordinate input from consultants, and liaise with local planning authorities and stakeholders to progress schemes efficiently through the planning process. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and coordination skills, an eye for quality and compliance, and a passion for placemaking and sustainable development. Specifically, in the role you will: Work with the Design & Planning Manager to prepare the Hedyn Design Brief and Design Standards document Engage with design consultants to prepare and review designs to ensure they meet the requirements of the Hedyn Design Brief/Design Standards (House-types & Layouts)/Placemaking Commitment/Biodiversity Plan Ensure designs comply with WG/legislative/LPA/Hedyn requirements Work with the Technical Manager/Officer to ensure alignment of technical requirements, specification and design Obtaining periodic feedback on the Hed...
