The Role Permanent Full Time We're busier than ever keeping industry moving, and now we're looking for a driven Sales Office Manager to join our team in Newport. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. It's a role that's as challenging as it is rewarding—and a great opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, growing business. What we're looking for A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)
Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but don't worry, full training is provided
Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
