Occupational Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to older adults in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver functional interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in an EHR, and participate in ongoing professional development within a culture of respect and clinical excellence.
