Position Details

• Job Title: Registered Nurse Assistant (RNA)
• Shift: AM Shift
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour- DOE
• Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily activities
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care plans

Qualifications

• Current RNA certification (as required by the state of California)
• Prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
