We are seeking an AI-forward operator to help improve the systems, workflows, and operational infrastructure that support both client delivery and internal execution.
*Role Overview*
This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, websites, reporting, automation, and AI-assisted execution.
This is not a traditional software engineering role; however, candidates should have a strong understanding of how digital systems connect and should be comfortable using tools such as *Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI-assisted workflows* to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and support execution across projects.
Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
* Website project management
* Marketing operations
* Agency operations
* Growth operations
* Technical account management
* SaaS implementation or onboarding
* No-code automation
* Web or marketing production
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving tools and workflows.
*What You’ll Do*
* Improve internal workflows and operational systems across the agency
* Help build scalable processes across reporting, websites, marketing operations, and client delivery
* Use AI-assisted tools to prototype solutions, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve execution efficiency
* Support website, landing page, reporting, tracking, and automation projects
* Help maintain and improve dashboards, documentation, SOPs, QA processes, and internal operational systems
* Coordinate across creative, paid media, website, and strategy teams
* Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
* Support marketing systems involving platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
*Qualifications Required*
* 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, implementation, web production, agency operations, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of websites, funnels, CRMs, tracking, reporting, and digital marketing systems
* Experience using AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve workflows or execution
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
* Clear written communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong follow-through
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
*Preferred*
* Agency or startup experience
* Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, Make, GA4, or Looker Studio
* Familiarity with paid media, landing pages, conversion funnels, or marketing analytics
* Experience building automations, dashboards, or internal tools
* Basic understanding of APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or technical workflows

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
