*Qualifications*
* 7+ years of telecommunications experience, with hands-on experience in *structured wiring/structured cabling* (required)
* 2-3 years of experience managing project managers and field technicians (required)
* Ability to travel weekly to job sites across the tri-state area
* Strong scheduling, communication, and jobsite documentation skills
*Key Responsibilities*
* Build and maintain weekly manpower schedules for active and upcoming tele-data projects
* Communicate project status, risks, and needs (manpower, materials, and equipment) to management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
* Review timecards/timesheets from project managers and technicians; track labor hours across projects
* Coordinate with union offices and personnel to secure required manpower
* Review drawings/prints for upcoming and completed projects
* Prepare and submit permit applications to applicable building departments
* Partner with HR to document and follow up on jobsite incidents
* Lead and present at bi-weekly operations meetings, providing clear updates on active projects
* Attend walk-throughs; gather information needed for estimating and support the sales team with quote development
* Work directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure telecom needs are met
* Coordinate with project managers to confirm work is completed to scope, quality, and schedule
* Provide escalation support to project managers to resolve field issues
*Education & Preferred Skills*
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required). Manufacturer certifications (telecom industry) and experience using cable testers are a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
