Assist the sales manager and the sales team in their sales efforts. This will vary from time to time as new promotions along with sales focuses can change. Working with the CRM system and become proficient in its capabilities. Manage and update ERP # in Sherpa so it is tied to E-Auto. Update where necessary and helping the sales reps fill in information on accounts and creating a variety of reports that management request Make sure lease information and copier meters are accurate and updated so that the reps can work on upgrade opportunities. Track leads generated on their website or from paid advertising Send weekly activity reports, and sales reports to Sales Director Manage and update the Open & Closed VOIP Report to leadership Updates of Lease Expiration to management on weekly management call Engage Sales Team on Weekly Sales Meeting with information, or requests. Main Requirements
Pleasant telephone demeanor and be able to demonstrate good communication and telephone skills. Work with sales personnel with a variety of computer skills and personalities. Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required. Minimum of two years experience including hands on training or client service is preferred. Type 35wpm+ on a standard keyboard as well as perform other basic clerical operations.
