Associate Clinical Social Worker

Thriveworks is seeking an Associate Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality outpatient therapy in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to diverse clients in person and via telehealth, under licensed supervision. You’ll document care in our EMR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
