Lead and manage the hotel's team to achieve operational excellence through the Senior Management team. Create a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, profitability, and sustainability. Drive hotel performance through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff development, engagement, and retention. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. What You Will Need: 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager or 2-3 years as Deputy General Manager within a busy hotel environment which has a strong room strategy and focus. Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends. Proven track record in creating and implementing successful strategies for guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong commercial mind and experience in managing large budgets, revenues and costs. High standards for service delivery, particularly in Food & Beverage and guest relations. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive continuous improvement within hotel operations. Dalata Hotel Group - We bring the heart of hospitality to every hotel we own and operate.
