Job Title: German-Speaking Insurance Operations Specialist Location: Dublin City (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: Attractive, bonus & benefits. About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Insurance Operations Specialist to join a dynamic and growing international financial services organisation based in Dublin City. This position plays a key role in supporting policy operations and delivering a high standard of service to German-speaking clients and partners. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to cross-border operations and investment-linked insurance products. Key Responsibilities Process a variety of policy transactions (new business, top-ups, switches, surrenders, claims) Act as a primary contact for German-speaking stakeholders and partners Liaise with asset managers, custodian banks, and intermediaries Prepare and execute investment and payment instructions Maintain and review client data to ensure accuracy and quality Produce client correspondence and policy documentation Support operational projects Ensure deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Fluent German and English (essential) Experience in insurance, financial services, or operations (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset What's on Offer Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Pension scheme and private healthcare Hybrid working model in a Dublin City office International, collaborative working environment Strong opportunities for career progression and development If you are interested in this role please apply to the attached link to find our more information.
