Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently
  • Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette
  • High energy level with a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding the customer base
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Familiarity with dealership operations

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Use your passion for automobiles, combined with exceptional communication skills, to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth
  • Leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing ongoing relationships
  • Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer's needs
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and always maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Collaborate with sales management and support teams to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
