What You'll Be Doing

• Build lasting relationships with customers through honesty and professionalism.
• Learn and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to match customer needs.
• Assist with test drives and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Present pricing, trade-in, and financing options with clarity and confidence.
• Complete sales paperwork and schedule initial service appointments.
• Follow up with customers for future opportunities and referrals.
• Keep our showroom and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus!)
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional business or marketing experience a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Outdoor work required must be comfortable in all weather.
• Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs).
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and digitally.
