PositionCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
DescriptionFULL TIME ONLY Miracle Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring full-time Dayshift (6:30 am-7:30 pm) and full-time Nightshift (6:30 pm-7:30 am) CNAs in Tallahassee, Florida. In compliance with federal law, all employees working with patients or interacting with other staff must be vaccinated. Furthermore, in compliance with federal law, Miracle Hill will consider accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and for religious reasons. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN) in a complementary and assistive role. He/she assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance to the CNA's training, competence and skills, facility policies and procedures and the State Board of Nursing rules for delegated nursing tasks to unlicensed personnel. Consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, adequately stocked and safe patient care environment. This position is vital to providing direct care to the residents.

Current licensure in good standing in the state of practice, and all other states where license is held Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening Must be able to pass a drug screening Ability to follow Oral and Written instructions Pleasant and cheerful personality Tactful and Courteous approach with residents, family members, staff, and visitors Maintain confidentiality Follow all policies/procedures and regulations NOTE: All candidates must complete the Employment Application (questions, education, and employment history) to be considered for an open position.
