Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist is a key position on the TeamLogic IT team and supports our corporate objective of growing market penetration and customers. The Sales Support Specialist will generate revenue by calling into small and mid-size companies, generating leads and meetings that our outside sales team will manage to close. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth into technology sales, as we are looking to develop for our future outside sales reps.

Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:

  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
  • Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
  • Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
  • Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
  • Review and maintain computer files along with data entry
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Research and collect information
  • Maintain complete stock of all inventory

Qualifications for Sales Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology is preferred
  • Must have previous sales B2B experience (5-8 years) - small business sector is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and always maintains a high degree of professionalism and business acumen
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis
  • Highly motivated individual who works well with a team but also proven ability to work independently
  • Integrity, loyalty, trust, commitment to excellence, and dedication to customer service/support
  • Superior time management skills and can multitask while prioritizing
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
