Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Lead the delivery of multiple high-value projects simultaneously, ensuring overall quality and alignment with client goals. Client Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to business owners and boards, providing expert guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structures. Business Development: Proactively identify new market opportunities, lead the pitching process, and expand the firms professional network to generate new business. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, overseeing their career progression and managing department resources. Risk & Compliance: Take ultimate responsibility for project risk assessments and ensure all transactions adhere to internal and regulatory standards. Skills & Experience: ACA or ACCA qualified. Experience in a similar practice environment preferred. A passion for delivering an excellent client experience. Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills. A motivated, effective team player with a proactive approach. 1-2 years PQE. Team Culture: Work-Life Harmony: Flexible and hybrid working.
