EHS Lead (Construction) A well-established and growing main contractor is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to play a key role in driving health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards across the business. This role is based working on projects across Dublin. Role & Duties: Lead and promote a strong EHS culture across all sites. Drive continuous improvement of EHS systems and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards. Oversee PSDP/PSCS requirements, contractor compliance, and pre-qualification processes. Carry out site visits, audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Manage risk assessments, company risk register, and action tracking processes. Prepare monthly EHS performance reports and analyse project KPIs. Deliver safety training and provide technical guidance to site teams. Collaborate with HR and ESG teams to support wellbeing and safety initiatives. Mentor and support EHS Officers across the business. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (NFQ Level 7+). 58 years experience in a senior EHS role within the construction industry. Experience managing ISO and ISO 14001 systems. PSDP/PSCS qualification (desirable). Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability. Confident delivering training and reporting on EHS performance. Full clean driving licence.
