SSA is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a top-ranked Building Main Building Contractor, to be based in Dublin. About the role: Office based with site visits, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: full commercial management of projects, managing budgets, tracking and forecasting costs, overseeing variations and compensation events, advising on potential risks, regular liaison with project stakeholders, mentoring junior staff, and much more About the company: Our client is an industry leader, with a track record spanning more than 70 years.
