Salesforce QA Analyst

Position: Junior Salesforce QA Specialist

Location: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Downtown Indianapolis)

Contract: 6 month contract with potential extension

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Salesforce QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce implementations through rigorous testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Testing: Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
* Documentation: Document test cases, test results, and any defects found during testing.
* Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Issue Tracking: Use JIRA or other issue tracking tools to log and manage defects.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications
* Education: No specific education requirements, but a degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
* Experience: 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce and QA processes is preferred.
* Technical Skills:
* Basic understanding of Salesforce platform.
* Familiarity with manual testing techniques.
* Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
* Proficiency in using JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
