About the Role As a Field Sales Representative within our Fleet division, you will drive new business growth by acquiring and expanding mid-market trucking and transportation accounts throughout your assigned territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to fleet owners, operations leaders, and financial decision-makers by introducing innovative payment and technology solutions designed to optimize fuel spend, improve cash flow, and increase operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys face-to-face relationship building, consultative selling, and the excitement of developing business within an underpenetrated and growing market. What You will Be Doing
* Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within trucking and transportation accounts * Managing a territory and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities * Conducting in-person client meetings and consultative sales presentations * Identifying operational challenges and presenting tailored payment and technology solutions * Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close * Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experience during onboarding * Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce * Partnering cross-functionally with internal sales and support teams to drive long-term customer success
What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for motivated, resilient, and relationship-driven sales professionals who are competitive and driven to succeed. Preferred qualifications include:
* 2-5 years of B2B outside sales experience * Experience within transportation, fleet, industrial services, or fintech industries preferred * Ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close new business * Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage a territory independently with high activity levels * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce * Comfortable engaging business owners, operations leaders, and financial stakeholders * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience
