Digital / E-commerce Marketing Director
We are looking for a Digital / E-commerce Marketing Director to work in-house office in Central New Jersey. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. Job Duties:
• Developing digital marketing and E-commerce strategy + executing cross-channel digital activations + overseeing the digital ecosystem including: Site management (develop, maintain and grow brand’s ecommerce: new brand’s e-boutique on Shopify, e-retailer presence, updates and feature roll out to continuously optimize customer experience), strong aesthetic sense and good grasp of website functionalities required. Content Marketing:
• New media/channels that drive traffic, increase conversion, and encourage repeat purchases (i.e. Pure Players, Social Commerce, Cross Border, partnerships, collaborations, influencer outreach) • Developing and optimizing (monitoring, tracking, and reporting) a customer acquisition strategy to ensure growth objectives are met across critical target segments, i.e. the optimization of the digital channel mix designed to achieve profitable funnel conversion, AOV and LTV objectives, increasing engagement and driving loyalty and retention. • Paid media, paid social, display, re-targeting, programmatic (develop, execute/manage campaigns and track performance metrics against sales) • SEO/SEM (inbound marketing to create awareness, build thought leadership, create demand and drive revenue) • Promotions/Exclusive Programs • Emails • Affiliates • SMS • CRM/Loyalty • Full P&L management. • Utilizing data analytics to understand user behaviors, map out customer journeys, and leverage insights to unlock new growth and retention opportunities. • Building integrated digital strategies and plans that have shown demonstrated success (requires strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.). • Working closely with the Social Media Manager on integrated social and influencer content onto website • Must understand today’s complex landscape of digital media and digital technologies to create holistic marketing campaigns and seamless E-commerce experience. • Must serve as a subject matter expert in all areas of digital marketing and eCommerce. • Must be able to proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment to protect and/or propel business interests. • Must identify and pursue new growth opportunities across all channels and touchpoints, i.e. landing pages, paid social, paid search.
