This full-time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non-billable compensation model based on performance and experience. As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy,
maintain
client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation
in a timely manner
. Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseload Work evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needs Transition to a billable/non-billable rate structure after
initial
onboarding period Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of care Master's degree in Psychology
, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline from an accredited institution Valid Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Willingness to work evening hours part of the week Experience in outpatient therapy or mental health counseling settings Proficiency
