Position Summary The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst serves as a key liaison between clinical field operations and technical analytics teams, supporting both franchised and corporate clinic environments. This role is responsible for translating operational needs into actionable data insights, managing analytics-related projects, and triaging incoming requests through a structured ticketing process. The analyst ensures timely delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analyses that inform operational and strategic decision‑making.
Essential Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
Analyze clinic performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, revenue, throughput, staffing efficiency)
Provide tailored and actionable insights to improve operational performance across franchised and corporate clinics
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
Stakeholder Communication & Translation
Act as a communication bridge between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams
Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
Translate operational needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers/data engineers
Present findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-follow data and impact story
Project Management
Manage multiple BI-related projects simultaneously, from intake through delivery
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Track progress and ensure alignment with business priorities
Identify risks and escalates issues as needed
Ticketing & Request Management
Monitor and triage incoming analytics requests via ticketing systems
Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Maintain documentation and status updates for all active requests
Essential Qualifications
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Stakeholder management, executive presence, clear & confident communication
Ability to effectively establish trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
Attention to detail and data accuracy for high-value reporting and analyses
Organizational and time management skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
Effective prioritization and resolution of incoming tickets
Contribution to operational improvements across clinic network
Education & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field
Proficiency in Power BI
Strong SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
Experience working with ticketing systems, Monday.com and Azure DevOps
This is a remote position.
