Hometown Chevrolet Buick GMC has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a very busy State of the Art Facility Chevrolet, Buick, GMC store.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus and must have sales experience! Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

Automotive Service Advisor will receive:

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer service appointments
• Communicating work flow with customers and technicians
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate write up of customer concerns
• Convey expected cost and obtaining approval of repairs
• Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Performing any additional task assigned by management

Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive related experience
• Commitment to being a team player
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 to $100,000 a year DOE
