Ambassador Resources is working with a client located in Hudson County, NJ looking to bring on a Sales Support/Purchaser to join their team! In this role you will collaborate with the purchasing team to streamline procurement processes. This includes helping with the purchase order creation, tracking and management. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Communicate with vendors regarding order status, pricing inquires and resolving any discrepancies. Keys:
Resolve customer issues as quickly as possible. Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department. Collect, organize, and analyze data related to purchasing activities. Generate reports and insights to support the decision-making process. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Top 3 Must Have's:
