Customer Service & Inside sales

This position is with a growing print and promotional products company located in Arvada, SE Denver and Golden. There are three positions open. This position is suggested for a highly motivated, independent worker with articulate written and verbal communication style. Professionalism and integrity is vital as you represent our company.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming customer calls for quotes and orders.
• Produce estimates on our software for the clients.
• Follow up on estimates you have created through our CRM.
• Conflict resolution skills vital.
• Call inactive customers with specials.
• Generate inside sales.
• Detail oriented.
• We have a robust training model.
• Can lift 50 pounds with no issue.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
