Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with an established customer base, including: independent bakeries and donut shops, restaurants, casinos, and hospitality venues.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure strong customer engagement and service
- Maintain high customer retention though consistent communication and reliability
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded products and offerings and introduction of specialty and imported items.
- Develop and manage a structured territory schedule
- Coordinate with internal operations to ensure accurate ordering and delivery
- Track customer activity, opportunities, and account performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, Proven sales experience, preferably B2B or B2C, Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and goal-oriented, Proficiency with CRM and sales software
