Sales Development Representative

This role is responsible for qualifying jeweler leads, booking demos for the Business Development team, and ensuring CRM accuracy throughout the sales cycle.

As an integral member of the sales organization, you will combine outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management to drive new opportunities focused in the Mainstreet Jeweler segment. You will act as the first point of contact for jeweler prospects, ensuring the right leads are routed to the right people quickly and efficiently.

What you'll do:

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all jeweler leads, understand business needs, and book a demo for a Business Development team member.
  • Identify and route large, strategic leads to the Business Development Director immediately.
  • Integral in creating and maintaining the sales pipeline for small to medium size jewelers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed target KPIs including demos scheduled, pipeline generated, and opportunity win rate.

Outbound Sales Activity

  • Participate in outbound cold calling campaigns surrounding specific sales targets and company initiatives
  • Execute outreach through calls, emails, and direct contacts to generate qualified leads and pipeline activity.
  • Meet or exceed activity targets for calls, emails, and contacts on a daily and weekly basis.

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Ensure that customer records in the CRM are accurate for the full sales cycle at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and pipeline activity within the CRM.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality and campaign performance to inform sales strategy.

What you'll bring:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling role
  • Self-motivated, desire to make an impact and effect change in a new developing role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet activity-based targets including calls, emails, and meetings set
  • Experience using CRM platforms to log activity and manage prospect records
  • Experience working SAAS or tech sales
  • Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury goods industry

Physical requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
