Service Advisor

Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and expert advice on their luxury vehicles.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments and communicate service needs clearly.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services performed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional service needs.
• Stay up to date on luxury vehicle technologies and service procedures.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with luxury automotive brands is a plus.
