Paraprofessional

Silver Lake Regional Middle School is seeking a paraprofessional whose primary role is to support students with disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• supporting students in general education classes and/or substantially separate classrooms
• providing accommodations to students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans
• collaborating with regular education and Special Education teachers
• administering exams and other duties to be assigned by building administration.
• other duties may be assigned by the Special Education Coordinator and/or building Principal.

Hours are 7:20am - 1:50pm Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate is between $18.28 - $22.38 based on experience. As a full time employee, this is a benefits eligible position through Silver Lake including paid sick and personal days.
