Direct Support Professional/CNA

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for an individual in their home and community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meal preparation)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage engagement in activities and community involvement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Follow the individual's care plan and document services provided

Qualifications:

• Caring, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• At least 13 years of caregiving or DSP experience required
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
