VARITE is looking for a qualified BDR Ops Comp Analyst in Lehi, UT. Duties:
Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications. Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations. Collaborate closely with BDRs, BDR leadership, and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures. Effectively articulate and communicate decisions, including when to decline compensation requests that do not meet criteria. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation. Skills:
3-5 years of experience minimum, no years of experience cap. Analytical thinker (strong excel skills), organized, ability to work with our business partners (weekly or more interactions with partners) which requires business process perspective while being empathetic to their needs. Requires operations experience. Proven experience in a sales operation or analytical role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and making tough decisions when necessary. Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. Two rounds of interviews. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. OR relevant experience. Benefits:
