Sell residential solar in a Powur active state, setting your own schedule and maintaining your own pipeline.
Use Powur’s AI‑powered platform for proposals, site surveys, permitting, and project tracking.
Close deals virtually or in person; the role is fully remote‑capable.
Build and manage a team, unlocking up to six‑level revenue‑share overrides if you choose to scale.
Compensation
Commission structure: keep 70–80% of revenue on every deal.
High‑performing active reps can earn over $150,000 in the first 12 months.
Top performers earn $750K+ plus six‑figure equity grants.
Milestone bonuses of up to $2,500 per install milestone.
Equity stock options starting with your first install, with vested equity that continues to grow over time.
Qualifications You must have direct solar sales experience in at least one of Powur’s active states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia.
Proven track record of closing solar deals in an active state.
In‑depth knowledge of local regulations, utility territories, and incentives in the markets where you sell.
Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with no guaranteed income.
Motivated to maximize take‑home pay and achieve high sales volumes.
Ready to hit the ground running; while training and support are available, you should already possess market knowledge.
