Field Sales Representative Uncapped Income + Company Training Summit Financial is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do
* Build and maintain relationships with local businesses * Meet with clients to understand their needs and present health/benefit options * Explain product benefits clearly, accurately, and with integrity * Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up * Participate in team training, meetings, and development sessions * Mentor and support other team members as you grow within the organization
Monday-Friday schedule (typically 8am-5pm) with minimal travel. Every day brings new people and new opportunities, making this a great role for someone who loves variety, independence, and recognition.

Job Details Job Type: Full-time Average Pay Range: $80,000-$135,000 per year Benefits:
