We are looking for all new-hires to begin training on June 1st
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with families, helping customers find the right program, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on water safety and child development.
Responsibilities
Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective members Assist families with class enrollment and scheduling Use computer booking and scheduling systems to manage accounts Process payments, account updates, and program changes Communicate promotions, events, and membership information Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Support daily operations and team needs as necessary Qualifications
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers on the phone Experience with computer booking, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Evening and weekend availability preferred Why Join Us?

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
