Minimum five (5) years of program, project manager experience with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment. Experience in the financial and/or banking industry, with a high degree of business acumen and technical competency and the ability to bridge the two domains together. Ability to provide transparency to Senior Management with respect to Portfolio issues, risks and to recommend/implement strategies for effective and efficient operations. Ability to build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios. Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with management ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations, resources and fixed capacity.
