Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and responsible team player to interface with new and existing customer accounts by responding to inquiries, entering and administrating quotes and sales orders.
Key Responsibilities: This role involves supporting the management of customer accounts, attending scheduled tier meetings, and preparing data collection and reports for internal and external submittals. Collaborate with company personnel, field sales personnel, and customers in support of the sales function, dealing with complex contracts and technical products for military, commercial, industrial, and aerospace markets as part of the Customer Support team.
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Experience in customer service or sales support roles Microsoft Office SAP is preferred.
