As an
interior design manager , you'll lead theInteriorDesign and CAFM (Computer-AidedFacilities Management) teams. In this role, you'll evaluate requests, set priorities, define scope, and assign work to ensuretimelyand effective execution. You'll coordinate projectscopedevelopment, budget formation, and schedules whilemaintainingalignment across initiatives. Partnering closely with Real Estate and other Progressive businesspartners, you'll help resolve coordination challenges and support successful outcomes. Additionally, you'll review project budgets and vendor contracts for accuracy and cost effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and performance benchmarking.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
A minimum of six years of real estate experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design), including a minimum of three years of leadership experience (e.g., leading people, projects or process/operational improvements) Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or related field of study and a minimum of three years real estate experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design), including a minimum of three years of leadership experience (e.g., leading people, projects or process/operational improvements). Preferred skills
Experience managing a team, leading all aspects of workload demands, and supporting the team in delivering multiple projects, including complex initiatives. Knowledge and experience with Interior Design and AutoCAD. Experience driving organizational change, implementing new processes, or developing team-level standards or guidelines. Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to effectively guide decisions, build consensus, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and collaborators. Proven experience leading or supporting organizational change and/or customer experience efforts. Compensation
$89,600 - $119,500/year Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance Benefits
