Beyond the Needle: A New Era of Integrated Health
At *Level Up Wellness Group*, we aren’t just a clinic; we are a movement. We are breaking down the silos of traditional healthcare by uniting physical and mental health in one inclusive, affirming space. Our team is a diverse, high-performing collective of therapists and medical professionals who believe that the most effective care happens when experts actually talk to each other.
We are looking for an *Acupuncturist* who is ready to move beyond isolated treatments and become a key player in our multidisciplinary revolution.
Your Role: Integrating Root-Cause Wellness
This is a vital position within our innovative Beaumont environment. We are looking for an individual with a deep passion for *Women’s Health* as we continue to build and refine that specialized arm of our patient offerings.
As our Acupuncturist, you will work alongside our newly onboarding *Naturopaths* and *Clinical Hypnotherapists*. We value providers who appreciate the intersection of holistic care and clinical excellence.
The "Patient Glue" Advantage
We know that high-level care can be demanding. To support our providers, we are currently considering bringing on *"Patient Glue", *a dedicated *Registered Nurse (RN)* whose sole purpose is to all our patients, with questions that get asked afterwards and symptoms the may expereince-afterwards.
* They will assist with *patient education*.
* They will handle the *follow-up questions* that frequently arise after treatment.
* They ensure your clinical plans are followed, allowing you to focus entirely on your "Zone of Genius" in the treatment room.
Key Responsibilities
* *Holistic Treatment:* Deliver professional acupuncture tailored to individual needs, with a special focus on Women's Health.
* *Radical Collaboration:* Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure "whole-person" care.
* *Patient Education:* Guide patients on wellness strategies (supported by our clinical RN team).
* *Inclusive Care:* Foster a welcoming environment grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practices.
* *Excellence:* Maintain accurate records and stay at the forefront of acupuncture advancements.
Who You Are
* *Licensed:* Fully certified and licensed as an Acupuncturist in Canada (eligible to practice in Alberta).
* *Holistic-Minded:* You understand that physical symptoms often have mental roots and vice-versa.
* *Specialist-Driven:* You have a specific interest or proven experience in *Women’s Health*.
* *Team-Oriented:* You thrive in a diverse environment and value communication with other specialists.
* *Neurodiversity-Affirming:* You are committed to providing care that respects and affirms all neurotypes.
Why Level Up?
* *Collaborative Support:* No more practicing in a silo. Join a team that actually talks to each other.
* *Clinical Support:* Benefit from the "Patient Glue" model, reducing your administrative and educational burden.
* *Innovation:* Be part of a clinic that is actively redefining what "wellness" looks like in the modern world.
* Partnership: For the right individual, opportunity to buy into the practice in the near future is an option.
