Job Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for programming, project management, and vendor management.
Gather and comprehend user requirements.
Develop and adhere to the entire system's modules and standards.
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct quality assurance assessments on project deliverables.

Requirements

Possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Computing, IT, or a related field.
Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in application development.
Demonstrate a strong grasp of C#, web-based systems, the Object-Oriented Programming Model, and relational database systems.
Exhibit qualities such as teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
Showcase proficiency in troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Display excellence in both written and oral English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Specialist (Programmer).
持有计算机、信息技术或相关领域的高级文凭或学位。
具备至少3年应用程序开发经验。
精通C#, 基于Web的系统、面向对象编程模型及关系型数据库系统。
展现团队协作、主动性和自我驱动等特质。
