Hourly Pay: $24/hr-$26/hr Monday - Friday, no weekend work! We're looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join our team in a role that balances high-energy customer interaction with meaningful operational support. If you enjoy solving problems and building relationships in a dynamic, industrial environment, we want to meet you! A Counter Sales Associate will partner with our customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and other essential supplies. You will serve as a trusted guide, advising customers on the tools, hardware, and materials needed to successfully complete their projects. By demonstrating equipment use and sharing insights on product quality, you help our customers pioneer new solutions in their own work. Are you a match? Required qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (we also value an equivalent combination of education and unique life experience). Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus. Attention to detail in handling transactions. Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace. Preferred qualifications: A background in gas, welding, or safety supplies is a wonderful asset. Familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office applications. A detailed understanding of SAP and PROS functionalities. The ability to communicate clearly and warmly with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds.
