Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience with UX and product design for SaaS, mobile apps, or operational workflows. Strong experience with mobile app design and modern interaction patterns. Hands on experience working with distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations. Proficiency with Figma for flows, components, prototypes, and design system work. Experience with Miro for mapping, workshops, and collaboration. Experience using Jira to align design work with sprints, stories, and engineering execution. Experience designing for AI powered products or conversational interfaces is a plus. Portfolio showing end to end design thinking, strong interaction design, and visual craft. Comfortable working in a fast, evolving environment with changing priorities. Job Responsibilities Collaborates with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to uncover customer needs and turn them into clear design direction. Translates complex field service workflows into simple, understandable concepts and solutions that improve the Sera experience across web and mobile. Works across shifting priorities and brings structure to early product definition, helping PMs and POs with clarity, requirements, and prioritization. Advocates for the customer through human centered design, discovery, interviews, research, and usability testing. Facilitates and participates in workshops with internal teams, customers, and partners to align on business needs and design intent. Creates user flows, journey maps, mobile and web wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications that support engineering delivery. Leads design for the Sera mobile tech app, ensuring clean flows, intuitive interactions, and field ready usability. Partners closely with onshore and offshore development teams to clarify designs, address edge cases, support implementation, and review builds. Participates in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and demos to ensure design is aligned with delivery timelines. Delivers design assets and documentation for acceptance, development, QA, and release. Helps maintain and evolve the Sera design system, patterns, and UI standards across all product lines. Collaborates on new AI powered features and assists with workflow design, conversational flows, and UX patterns that support emerging capabilities. Brings strong communication, attention to detail, and follow through to ensure high quality delivery.
