Full Relocation Package. • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent (foreign degree accepted). • 8-10 years of practical electrical design experience for oil-filled power or industrial transformers rated above 10 MVA and above 35 kV; strong preference for candidates currently working in this area. • Demonstrated participation in design review meetings with utility and consultant engineering firms and direct customer communications with utilities, industrial end users, EPCs, and/or owner's engineers. • Ability to analyze major aspects of transformer design with minimal supervision, including design synthesis and optimization, and critical electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal, dielectric, and transient issues. • Must exhibit strong design knowledge across transformer electrical design categories and be capable of checking and verifying designs. • Must live or be willing to relocate to within a reasonable safe commute to the assigned plant location.
