The Hotel Royal-St.Georges Interlaken – MGallery Collection is a traditional 4-star superior hotel, part of Accor, Europe's largest hotel group. It is centrally located in Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland.
Operated under a management agreement, the hotel serves a diverse clientele, including individual leisure and business travelers, seminar participants, and group guests from around the world.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue strategies to maximize total revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the central LaMaison Accor Revenue & E-Commerce team to align local strategies with global commercial frameworks and brand standards.
- Ensure optimal use of revenue management system IDEAS and reporting platforms.
- Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage Accor's distribution Ecosystem, loyalty programs, and digital platforms to optimize performance and direct channel contribution.
- Participate in regular performance reviews, strategy calls, and best practice sharing sessions with Accor teams.
- Ensure compliance with Accor guidelines regarding pricing, content, and online presence across all channels.
- Lead complex data analysis to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the creation of detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, longterm forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in forecasting models and methodologies.
- Oversee daily and longterm rate and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.
- Ensure optimal channel mix, pricing integrity, and content accuracy.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies.
- Support the development of promotional strategies and distribution initiatives.

- 2–5 years of professional experience in the hotel industry
- Very good language skills in German and English; French is an advantage
- Professional experience in revenue management, including knowledge of the IDeaS Revenue Management System
- Friendly, warm, flexible, and resilient personality with a strong sense of responsibility and confidence
