In this role, you will independently evaluate new and existing patients, perform thorough orthodontic examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans using a combination of fixed appliances, removable appliances, and clear aligner therapy. You will interpret cephalometric and panoramic radiographs, take and review digital impressions or scans, and use evidence-based clinical protocols to manage a wide range of malocclusions, including interceptive and early-phase treatment for growing patients as well as complex multidisciplinary cases requiring coordination with other specialists.
Working in a busy clinical environment, you will oversee the placement, adjustment, and removal of orthodontic appliances, monitor treatment progress, and ensure accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record. You will collaborate closely with general dentists, hygienists, and specialty providers across the Benevis network to coordinate comprehensive care, share treatment findings, and support continuity of care that optimizes patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Patient and parent communication will be a core part of your daily work. You will explain diagnoses and treatment options in clear, compassionate language, review financial and time commitments associated with care, provide guidance on oral hygiene and appliance maintenance, and manage expectations regarding treatment duration and results. You will also support patient retention through excellent chairside manner, timely follow-up, and consistent, high-quality clinical results.
