As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer service, sales and target achievement, and inventory management. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience in a retail sales role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and basic computer skills.
