We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Advisor to manage and convert warm, qualified leads and guide clients through the selection, optimization, and renewal of their insurance coverage. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at consultative selling, relationship management, and consistently meeting performance objectives.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play an important role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to - and sharing in - our company's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide personalized, consultative, expert guidance to clients on insurance solutions that address their needs, objectives, and circumstances.
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries while proactively conducting multiple outbound communications (calls, emails, texts) daily to drive conversions.
- Maintain and progress a structured pipeline of warm leads, ensuring timely, personalized follow-up and documentation of all client interactions.
- Accurately record client interactions, decisions, and policy updates in our systems, supporting internal reporting and seamless account management.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets by executing a disciplined approach to client engagement and pipeline management.
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage and introduce complementary products, enhancing client value and organizational growth.
- Partner effectively with colleagues and leadership to optimize workflows, share insights, and maintain a culture of operational excellence.
- Follow established sales methodologies and company policies while tailoring communications to address unique client needs.
