About the RoleWe're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team and fuel Juicebox's next stage of growth. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - crafting strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners. This isn't a cookie-cutter SDR role. You'll:
- Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
- Help refine our outbound playbook alongside our AEs
- Get in early on a company that's 10x'd revenue in the last 12 months and has more demand than we can handle
We're seeing strong pull from both in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies and many of our 2,000+ customers are ready for expansion. If you're looking for a high-leverage role at a product-first company with real traction, this is it.

- Love testing new strategies and learning from the data
- Have experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
- Are located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)
- Experience selling to TA / HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team
