Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and mobility training preferred.
- Client requires the candidate to float to a sister skilled nursing location in the region on scheduled days.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
- Floating requirement: Candidate will float to a sister location in the region per client schedule.
- Float pattern: M/W/F at one skilled nursing location and Tues/Thurs at another skilled nursing location.
